Failure. Without failing, there is no growth, no success, no learning, no resilience, no winning, nothing. Since the 2021 Crossfit Games, I have felt this feeling of failure over and over again, not many know of the battles I struggled with at and post CFG. My mind got the best of me, almost to the point of quitting the sport I love. After not qualifying for WZA (wodapalooza), I decided I needed to take some time off. With the help of Tyler Pazik, I got back to work. I spent November to February on my own just trying to train and get my mind back in the right headspace all while balancing school and swimming. I worked so so hard to get better in the skills I lacked and improve my mental game and focus. I am proud of my efforts this past season. I have improved SO MUCH in my eues. I am finally proud but not settled with where I am at. Top 20 in the world is pretty damn good! Thank you Pazik Performance Group!

Emily Meyer (Crossfit Athlete)

“Tyler Pazik could very well be the Superman of the mental game. Underneath that quiet and unassuming Clark-Kent-demeanor is a world class mental coach armed with almost superhuman skills and knowledge on every aspect of mental training.

He did great work for my team. He is the best of the best and is working towards a bright future. Tyler not only has the knowledge, but he actually applies it in the real world, in his own life, and with his clients.”

Baldur Ragnarsson (Þór Þorlákshöfn Head Basketball Coach and Top League Coach of The Year - Þorlákshöfn, Iceland)

I was blessed to have Tyler for three days. He was and is an amazing inspirational speaker! He worked on our women’s basketball mental and physical approach to the game! Tyler goes above and beyond in his craft to make sure every member on the team is on the same page before he leaves! He continues to keep in contact with my staff and our team every month! I would highly recommend Pazik Performance to work with your program!

JJ David (Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Neosho County Community College)

“We were very fortunate to have Tyler spend 3 days with our team. It was the best 3 days we've had in terms of learning and understanding the mental game over my 6 years coaching at Maine. His passion, knowledge and presentation skills were off the charts and his ability to connect with every one of our players was special. As a coach, I also learned better ways to communicate with our players as it relates to their development. We are very much looking forward to implementing the skills he presented. I was so impressed with Tyler that we have scheduled web conferencing sessions with him through our season.”

Michael Coutts (University of Maine Head Softball Coach)

“We had a great experience with Tyler this fall. The feedback we received from our players was overwhelmingly positive. His ability to connect with the players in both a group and one-on-one settings was outstanding and I believe a key to why our players responded so favorably to him. I am confident the knowledge of the mental game he passed onto our guys will help our them perform at a high level on the field. Just as importantly he imparted lessons on pursuing excellence in every facet of life. He is a terrific mental performance instructor and life-coach for our program.”

Mikio Aoki (University of Notre Dame Head Baseball Coach)

“Tyler was incredibly helpful at inspiring and motivating our team to be better. They now want to work hard everyday and be their best self for their teammates using the techniques and strategies Tyler provided them. They have a better sense of self and know how to control what they can control. We will definitely be looking to have Tyler back in the fall.”

Sydney Brummet (USA Women's Team Bowler and Assistant Coach - Indiana Tech University)

"Our girls basketball team was ranked 4th in the state and had just lost to the #1 and #5 teams. They were looking for an edge so I reached out to Tyler. He focused a lot on the mental game and different exercises the girls could do. He had a strong message of trusting the process and focusing on what you can control. His message was extraordinary and he used a variance of activities so the team stayed involved. Tyler brought great energy and the girls really loved it. Definitely plan on bringing Tyler back to meet with more of our programs. "

Marty Tonjes (Athletic Director - Horizon High School - Colorado)

“Tyler Pazik is an engaging and well-spoken leader who is built for others. His commitment to serving others at the highest level is felt by everybody in his presence and who gets the opportunity to work with him. After being around Tyler for a few years, what impresses me is his willingness to learn so that he can pass on that knowledge to others. What separates Tyler from other coaches and leaders is that he models the lifestyle that he teaches and that speaks volumes on the impact he has made and will continue to make.”

Ethan Miller (Athletic Director - Central Springs High School - Iowa)

“Tyler has been influential in helping me become a better version of me. We all reach points in our lives where we become status quo and start to go through motions. Tyler takes pride in pushing individuals through this time. His positive energy is contagious and he is willing to do whatever it takes to become successful. Tyler sees a challenge as an opportunity to succeed. He will always be a leader I look to when I need some motivation.”

Chris Lavoie (Athletic Director - Tampa Preparatory School - Florida)

“Tyler Pazik is all that you can ask for in a mental performance consultant. His education combined with his athletic and work experience makes him an extremely well rounded coach that gives you more than just textbook definitions. His kindness and passion for helping others truly shows in his work. Working with Tyler is extremely enjoyable, productive, and second to none.”

Matthew Farber (Professional Bowler - 2018 Team USA Bowling - 2018 National Champion - World Champion - Five Time Gold Medalist)

“Tyler's speaking presentations are innovative and unique. They are packed with great information, fun, and energy.”

Donene Taylor (2017 World Champion Tie Down Calf Roper)

“Bringing in Tyler for a practice and having him speak to our Varsity Basketball team was truly a great experience not only for our guys but for our coaches as well. The positivity he brought our guys along with helping me lead our first “Leadership Council” makes me very grateful. He helped me build structure for something I was taking on for the first time. A big takeaway our team came out with was identifying controllables which ended up being a focus area we ended up mentioning frequently throughout our season.

Not only has Tyler has helped me as a coach but he has in my personal life. His energy and positivity is contagious which inspires me to improve and take ownership in my day to day. 100% appreciative for the work Tyler does and the positivity he spreads. #PushTheRock!”

RJ Dilay (Assistant Basketball Coach - Maine East High School - Des Plaines, IL)

“Tyler is one of the biggest blessings in my life. He is someone that I wanted in my corner from the moment he introduced himself to our Psychology of Sport class. He breathes confidence in not only what he says, but his actions and his lifestyle. He fully embodies what it means to be mentally tough, and to live a life full of passion and meaning. From his Instagram posts to our phone calls, he is a huge motivator and inspiration. He is helping me take my mental game to the next level as I move into competitive CrossFit with a multitude of techniques, game plans, blueprints, development plans, you name it, Tyler is planning the best for me. But also as a Sport Psychology major myself, it is wonderful to have him as a mentor, a role model in this field. I cannot express my gratitude for the effort he has put into me and my mental game, and I’m sure I can speak for his other clients as well. He is truly a game changer. Tyler does a great job of balancing his own life goals and all of his responsibilities and clients. He is incredibly intelligent and talented in what he does, because he has worked his tail off to get to where he is, and it shows. I am extremely grateful for him and what he is doing for me.”

Meg Conger (Crossfit Athlete - Texas Christian University)

“Coaches have had a hard time allowing others to speak directly or deliver a message to their team. In this case, Tyler is someone who I would trust any day to deliver a powerful message that can change the way our players view one another and the game! An individual's attitude, high energy, and persistence in their daily conduct were highlights I took away from the visit. Each time Tyler and I connect, his discussions and presentation bring out something new that I have to work on as well. All in all, the experience is a can't-miss! The consistent mental training, the "why", as to our thoughts, images, and feelings, along with the trusting the process is difficult in this game. To have an extremely qualified colleague and friend, help the team and I, with any obstacle, is something I feel all should include in whatever industry they are in. Can't wait for the next time Tyler is in town and look forward to working with him throughout the grind of this upcoming season.”

Ryan Tuntland (Texas Rangers Hitting Coach - 2018 DIII National Champions)

“I reached out to Tyler right as I was finishing my first year of law school. That first year really threw me for a loop and made me feel like my life was imbalanced. I couldn't seem to find time for the gym, grow my personal relationships, or take care of my mental health. I was becoming more irritable, stressed out, and I just felt like I was deviating from the right path. Tyler first started out with a conversation, taking the time to really understand my current state and where I wanted to be. Then he provided me with simple tools and tactics for setting goals and regaining focus on what was really important to me. Tyler continues to check-in to make sure I'm staying focused and to help me overcome any problems I have while trying to meet my goals. After several months of working with Tyler I feel revitalized. I regained my sense of motivation, and I have been using this momentum to improve all facets of my life in some way or another.”

Alek Biser (Law Student - DePaul University - Chicago)

"The impact that Tyler and Peak Performance has made in our program in just the first Fall has been incredible. Mental Performance is a crucial part of our game and will enable us for all of the variables that competition throws at athletes. After implementing this program, I can’t imagine training mental skills any other way."

Nicholas Childs (University of Northern Colorado Pitching Coach)

“The entire team was so captivated by his message and more importantly the passion he delivered it with. He made everyone feel comfortable to share ideas and excited to learn new ones from him. We've had a tremendous amount of positive feedback from our team since he left and they cannot wait to work with him again. Tyler hit it out of the park!”

Jordan Fitzpatrick (University of Maine Assistant Softball Coach)

“I knew what the material would be, but the delivery was the unknown. Tyler crushed it, has built a great skill set, and is a pro. I was thoroughly impressed and I received great feedback from my team.”

Joe Kinsella (Lake Forest College Head Softball Coach)

"Tyler Pazik is a master of the mental game. He was incredibly engaging with our athletes and helped them learn concepts to be better on the field. If you’re looking to improve your team between the ears Tyler is your guy. He practices what he preaches, giving him unique insight into everything he teaches. I’d have him come back and speak again in a heartbeat."

Andrew Harris (Head Baseball Coach, Quincy High School)

“The Pazik Performance Group is amazing for one reason, the creator behind them is amazing! Tyler Pazik is one of the most motivational and optimistic people I’ve ever met. His passion for helping individuals grow and achieve their personal goals is unparalleled. Therefore, PPG is always informative and inspirational, providing unique themes and messages each week.”

Skye Tavarez, Healthcare Administration for Fertility Center of Illinois

Dr. Rob Gilbert (Sport Psychology Professor - Montclair State University - Owner of The Success Hotline - 973-743-4690 - and The Success Hotline Podcast)

“I just wanted to say thank you, Tyler, for showing me how to do goal setting (day, week, month) and spending the time to work on my mental game. I combined what I learned from you with an increased level of discipline in all aspects of my life, down to how many hours of sleep I got, exactly how much I ate, how much I read, practiced, worked out, etc. Just dialed in and was able to do some pretty great things because of that mental piece you helped me with. I was picked for BOTH the sectionals and nationals roster this year, and was even individually named “best male performance in the post season” not only on the bowling team but among the entire university’s athletic program (2 separate awards). I rarely talk about my accomplishments as I like to work in silence, but I just wanted to update you in terms of how things were going thanks to your time spent with me. Again, I thank you so much and things are finally moving forward again for me after reaching a higher level of play. I don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon and will continue to apply the things you taught me.

Andrei Tacorda (Mount Mercy University Bowling)

"Tyler has been a great role model for me for many years, and his passion for helping others has allowed me to improve in ways I didn't know were possible. His seemingly endless knowledge on mental performance and personal development have pushed me to think deeper about both complex ideas and everyday habits.

Before I started working with Tyler, I couldn't understand why my times weren't dropping even though I thought I was working hard, but his unique way of teaching and connecting with people on a deep level allowed me to use various resources to improve my training and daily life. His infectious energy and curiosity makes me look forward to our meetings and has made my training, as a whole, a much better experience.

This testimonial says some, but it doesn't express how thankful I am for his help! He really does amazing work, and I can't wait to kill it this year during cross country and track, and at school in general, and that's because of all he has taught me!”

Patrick Holbrook (Cross Country Runner; St. Louis University)

“Tyler Pazik is one of the up and coming names in the mental performance landscape in collegiate baseball…Our players responded strongly to Tyler and the system currently in place with Brian Cain in 2017-18 season.”

Carl Iwasaki (University of Northern Colorado Head Baseball Coach)

Tyler did a great job with our coaches. His main contact was our Athletic Coordinator - Craig Foster - but I made sure to reach out personally to thank him for everything he provided us. Our coaches have been using the system he taught them since he left.

— Patrick Brown (Athletic Director - Los Fresnos ISD - Texas)

Our coaches really enjoyed Tyler's presentation and the system he shared with us. We have been using it since he came in and can't thank him enough for how much he helped us out.

— Craig Foster (Athletic Coordinator - Los Fresnos ISD - Texas)
