About The Pazik Performance Group
Pazik Performance Group (PPG) helps coaches, athletes, teams, and organizations build the confidence, culture, and leadership necessary to perform at their highest level. Whether working with elite athletes, collegiate programs, business leaders, or entire organizations, PPG's mission is to create sustainable systems that drive consistent performance when it matters most.
PPG has partnered with P4 athletic programs, Fortune 500 companies, military professionals, USA National Teams, professional athletes, and a Heisman Trophy winner. In 2026, Tyler helped the University of Oklahoma Baseball program win the NCAA Division I Baseball National Championship as the team's mental performance coach. His current client roster includes the University of Oklahoma, the University of Florida, Harvard University, Brown University, the University of Rhode Island, Sean Manaea (New York Mets), Grant House (USA Swimming) and numerous high schools, colleges, and professional athletes across the country.
At the core of PPG's philosophy is a simple belief: process shapes results, results reshape the process. Rather than chasing outcomes, Tyler helps individuals and teams build repeatable mental skills, stronger leadership habits, and healthier cultures that produce sustained excellence over time.
Tyler earned his Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from Texas Christian University (TCU) and has been recognized regionally and nationally as a leader in the field of mental performance and sport psychology.
Tyler believes credibility comes from living the principles he teaches. He continually challenges himself through golf, strength training, endurance events, outdoor adventure, and lifelong personal growth. He embraces the same commitment to continuous improvement that he asks of every client.
